In his first production director Shashank has given a well measured action film with a strong purpose. It is only when the public raise voice for their justice, the situation is good for them is the emphasis he makes in a loaded action cum sentiment cinema ‘Thayige Thakka Maga’.

Beginning with Kichcha Sudeep voice over for the statement ‘Olle Samaja Beku Andre Yaradru Kopa Madkollale Beku’ – the film begins with some very well measured commercial elements. This is the 25th film of Krishna Ajay Rao – he has set in new image for his forthcoming films.

Maga Mohan Das is rebel. Amma Parvathi is Eagle. Amma Kanoonu follow madthaare, Naanu Ammana follow madthene. In over seven cases Mohan Das strikes with right time and right treatment. In the councilor disturbing traffic case on his birthday, it is in fact a ‘Thithi’ for him in social life – thanks to Mohan Das and mother Parvathi who argues with right issues in the court.

Mohan Das falls in love after his mother Parvathi accepts Saraswathi (Ashika) as his Sose. The love blossom but the worry of Saru is that Mohan Das is very short tempered. She does not want him to react to social ills at any cost. She even takes him to ‘Kopa Liberation’ camp. Nothing works about because Mohan Das is right in his way.

The stage is now set to a crucial issue of killing security guard and his wife, leaving their young son in pathetic condition on road by Kaale (Bhajarangi Loki). This issue is a very precarious issue and well handled with intelligence by director Shashank.

The saga of booking Kaale possible chief minister in the eyes of his father senior Kaale finally in the court hall falls flat. Kaale wins the case for lack of adequate proof. It is a battle in the presence of public for Kaale. You have to watch it on silver screen.

Krishna Ajay Rao is superb in this film as Mohan Das. He looks tough and strong. He fits absolutely to action image. His dialogue delivery is also superb. He is like ‘Ramachari’ of Nagarahavu!

Sumalatha Ambarish deserves full compliments for carrying the role of Parvathi a lawyer with lot of grit and determination. Ashika fits absolutely to this film for her sterling performance. With nose stud for her in this film she looks very sexy. The romantic song is there further catapult her image. She is a good performer and has enough scope in this film.

The roaring of Appa Maga – Thandege Thakka Maga you can say for Krishna Hebbal and Bhajarangi Loki. Both have given sterling performance. Achyuth Kumar wins for his well timed dialogues. Sadhu Kokila in ‘anger relief’ camp as head is a good relief for the film.

Judah Sandy introduction song, romantic song in this film ‘TTM’ are well composed, Shekar Chandra cinematography is value addition for this film.

All those who love their mother – go and watch this film. We need this combination of mother and son for a great society.

Shashank and team have done a terrific action.
